TAKAHIRO OZAKI (Mr), PATENT ATTORNEY, received his B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Shizuoka University in 1976, license for 3rd-class Electrical Chief Engineer from the Japanese government, and his B.S. in Electrical and Information Engineering from Nayoga Institute of Technology in 1996.

Specializing in intellectual property law involving patent prosecution and litigation in the chemical, mechanical and electrical field, while also being associated with Adachi International patent attorney from 1983 until 1993,where he handled many foreign applications, and Shibata law firm from 1993 until 1994, and he became a patent attorney in 1992. He established his firm in 1994, where he has continued to concentrate in patent prosecution and litigation.

His professional memberships include the Japanese Patent Attorney Association. He is registered to practice before the Japanese Patent Office and the Japanese Court.

SOYOKO OSAWA (Ms) , ENGINEER and TRASLATOR, received her B. Eng in Biological Chemical Engineering in 2002 and her M. Eng. in Molecular Chemical Engineering from Nagoya University in 2004. She worked for LIXIL Corporation (Japan) as a member of R&D department and IP department from 2004 to 2011 and has been working since 2014 mainly IP prosecution and litigation.

YUKIKO RYUTO (Ms), ENGINEER and TRASLATOR, received her B.S. in Physics from Kyoto University in 1991, license for First-class Radiation Protection Supervisor from the Japanese government in 1994, Pre-First Grade Certtificate of the test of Practical French authorized by the Japanese government in 1997 and First Grade Certificate of the Test of Practical English authorized by the Japanese government in 2004. She worked for Japan Atomic Power Company as an engineer from 1991 to 1995 and has been working as a translator since 1997, and has been working since 2005 mainly prosecution and translating a specification.

UEHARA YAYOI (Ms), TRANSLATOR, received her degree in English language from Nazan University, and has been working since 2013, mainly translation.

YOUKO OZAKI (Ms), CLERK, received her B.A. from Nagoya City College in 1982. and has been working since 1994, mainly affairs and trademark.

NORIE INAYOSHI (Ms), CLERK, have been working since 2005, mainly affairs and trademark.
